This is an exclusive tanzanite and diamond ring design by Scottish jewellery designer Christine Sadler called Slingshot. It can be worn as an engagement ring or a birthstone ring. Tanzanite is the birthstone for December.
What makes this tanzanite so special is that it is cut especially for us by a German company who have been cutting gemstones for over 100 years to exceptionally high standards. It's the skill in their craftmanship that makes this trillion cut stone looks so beautiful and it is ethically sourced.
One side of the centre stone has a rubbed over edge and the opposite point has a V shaped claw. The design has a wonderful tension as the stone is poised to protect the wearer.
This ring is made from 9ct white gold and is hand set with a trillion cut tanzanite that measures 6mm and weighs approximately 0.67ct. It is set with six round brilliant cut diamonds. This ring can be made in 18ct gold or platinum by commission and will take around eight weeks. to make. Shipping & Returns
All of our jewellery with the exception of earrings and commissioned items can be returned for a full refund within 14 days. All of our jewellery is posted insured so you can be confident it will arrive safely with you. For more information please check our orders and delivery page.
How to Pay
You can choose to pay online by credit card or bank payment or in person by visiting our studio in Ayr and paying in cash or credit card and collecting the item in person.
We take all major credit cards. Orders paid for by credit card online have to be delivered to the billing address. This is a fraud prevention method we use to protect us and customers.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners club, Maestro, Union Pay, iDEAL, Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay online and Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Apple Pay and Google Pay at our studio.
If you want us to post the item to a different address, you can choose to pay by bank transfer. We can gift wrap and deliver the order to any address, with a message if you like, if you pay by bank transfer.
We don't currently offer finance but if your heart is set on something that costs a bit more than you have at the moment you can arrange to pay in installments. Contact us to agree a payment schedule and we will be able to reserve the item for you and send it to you as soon as the goods are paid for in full. This is useful when planning a larger purchase, such as an engagement ring or wedding rings that you know you need in the near future but don't need immediately.
Currencies
We accept payment in Pounds Sterling only.
UK Postage Costs
Postage within the UK will be made by Royal Mail Special Delivery free of charge.
UK Delivery Times
We are normally able to deliver any item within 48 hours from receipt of order, subject to availablity. Bank transfers have a three working day clearing period before they can be posted.
If a product has "Message Us To Order" it means we are in the process of making more and that it is currently out of stock for next day delivery. You can pre order any item that is out of stock. We can let you know how long any item will take to make if you contact us.
International Postage
We are currently exporting to the EU. United States and Canada. If you live in a country that we don't export to please get in touch to see if it is possible for us to send to you. Goods are posted via Royal Mail international signed for if they are under £500 and the shipping cost is £15 and it takes around five to seven working days. Over £500 orders are sent by Fed Ex International Priority and should take two to three working days. This can be delayed by customs which is outwith our control.

Services
An extensive aftercare service is available. Simply get in touch by phone or email to discuss your needs and you will be given a no obligation quote. Jewellery returned for any service will be sent back to you by Royal Mail special delivery and any quote you are given will include a postage charge of £8 .
If goods made to a specific size are returned to be made to a different size, a charge will be made which will be advised at the time. For this reason, it would be best to email us first for a quote before posting the goods to us.
