Do I have to order online to use Click and Collect?
No. You can order online and choose "Click and Collect" at checkout, or simply visit us to browse and buy in person without ordering first.
How do I arrange a collection time?
After placing your order (or if you plan to visit without ordering), message us via the website chat or WhatsApp. We’ll find a time that works for you.
What if the item isn’t in stock?
Please contact us before visiting to check availability. We can reserve pieces for you or suggest alternatives. If you order online and it's out of stock, we won't take payment until we've spoken to you about timelines.
Your Studio Visit (Viewing & Trying On)
Can I see the jewellery before I pay?
Yes! You can visit our studio to view and try on pieces before deciding. Payment by cash, credit, or debit card can be made in person.
What if I change my mind once I see the piece?
That’s the beauty of visiting us! You can pay in person, so there’s no need to wait for online refunds if you decide on a different piece while you’re here.

Where is the studio located?
Our studio is located at 6 Blackburn Road in Ayr. We have free on-street parking right at our door. Once you’ve booked your collection time, we’ll also send you a helpful guide with specific directions and access info to make your visit seamless.
