🔄 Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy
We want you to be completely delighted with your new acquisition. If for any reason your piece is not perfectly suited, we are pleased to offer a straightforward 30-day return, exchange, or cancellation window.
⚠️ Important Return Exemptions
Please note that in accordance with standard jewellery industry regulations, the following items cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged unless they are faulty:
Earrings: Due to essential health and hygiene regulations, all earring sales are final.
Bespoke & Tailored Pieces: Any items that have been custom-made, commissioned, or specially resized/altered to your specifications are non-refundable.
📦 How to Initiate a Return or Cancellation
You have 30 days from the date you (or a designated third party) take physical possession of your order to notify us of your intent to return or cancel.
- Notify Our Studio: Contact us by emailing info@christinesadler.com, calling 07749890107, or writing to our studio address at Unforgettable Jewellery Ltd, 6 Blackburn Road, Ayr, KA7 2XQ.
- Acknowledge Receipt: Once you notify us, we will swiftly send you an email confirmation acknowledging your request.
- Return the Piece: You must securely post your item back to us or hand it over at our Ayr studio without undue delay, and strictly within 14 days of notifying us of your cancellation.
Please note: Clients bear the direct cost of returning items to us. For your protection, we highly recommend using a fully insured, trackable service such as Royal Mail Special Delivery, as the items remain your responsibility until they are safely received by our studio.
💳 The Reimbursement Process
Upon receiving the piece back in its original condition, or upon receiving verified proof of safe return postage, we will process your full refund within 14 days.
- Original Payment Method: Your refund will be credited back to the exact debit card, credit card, or digital wallet used during the initial transaction. You will never incur any administrative fees for a reimbursement.
- Delivery Costs: We will reimburse the standard delivery payments received from you. If you opted for a premium, non-standard delivery method at checkout, only the value of our standard shipping will be included.
- Condition of the Goods: To receive a full refund, items must be returned in an unworn, immaculate condition. A deduction may be applied to the final refund value if an item shows signs of unnecessary handling, wear, or damage while in your care.
