You are warmly invited to visit our studio in Ayr to view, complete, and collect your piece in person.
- By Appointment: To ensure you receive our full, uninterrupted attention, studio visits are by appointment.
- Same-Day Flexibility: We remain highly flexible; if you wish to pop in today, please contact us, and we will gladly arrange a same-day appointment if we have an available space.

Bespoke Instalment Plans
For milestone acquisitions—such as engagement rings or wedding bands—we offer a complimentary, flexible instalment service to help you plan ahead for your special date:
- Tailored Schedules: Contact us directly to arrange an interest-free payment timeline that suits your calendar.
- Secure Reservation: We will immediately reserve your chosen one-of-a-kind piece and withdraw it from our gallery.
- Dispatch: Your piece will be safely stored in our vault and securely delivered (or ready for studio collection) as soon as the final balance is settled.

Complimentary UK Shipping
All domestic deliveries are shipped via Royal Mail Special Delivery entirely free of charge. For your complete peace of mind, every shipment is fully insured during transit and requires a signature upon delivery.
Delivery & Dispatch Times
- In-Stock Pieces: For items currently in stock, our complete packing and delivery timeline is within 48 hours from receipt of your order.
- Same-Day Dispatch: If your order is placed before 12:00 PM (noon), we are frequently able to post your piece the very same day.
Signature Gift Presentation
Every piece arrives elegantly gift-wrapped in our signature luxury packaging. If you are purchasing a gift, we would be delighted to include a handwritten card featuring your personal message. Please leave your note at checkout or contact us directly.

🛠️ Aftercare & Specialist Services
We provide an extensive aftercare service to keep your jewellery looking immaculate. Simply contact us by phone or email to discuss your requirements, and we will provide a comprehensive, no-obligation quote.
- Aftercare Shipping: Jewellery returned to us for routine servicing or cleaning will be securely sent back to you via Royal Mail Special Delivery. A standard postage and insurance charge of £10 will be included in your service quote.
- Resizing & Alterations: If a piece requires resizing or structural alteration after purchase, a specialist fee will apply based on the complexity of the work. Because our pieces are unique, please email us for a consultation and quote before posting your jewellery to our studio.
