This is a radiant cut peridot, 7mm long by 5mm wide set in a handmade 9ct white gold ring with four claws. This is the perfect ring for someone who wants a classic design that has a simple modern look. The gemstone is set going across the finger rather than up and down it, making it ideal to wear on a finger that doesn't have a lot of space between the knuckle and the finger joint or for stacking with other rings if there is room. This configuration shows less of the band making the colour of the stone stand out more and is also less likely to be caught when worn.
Peridot is the birthstone for August but the colour is so beautiful that it makes a gorgeous gift for anyone who loves green. It is fresh vibrant shade and the radiant cut, which has more facets than a rectangular step cut, adds a beautiful sparkle to this gemstone.
This ring can also come with diamonds set in the shoulders as we have done with this design in blue topaz.
There are also peridot earrings and a peridot necklace to match this ring, should you want to collect the set.
