Made to Order: How It Works

If a piece of jewellery you love is currently out of stock, we can often handcraft it specifically for you through our Made-to-Order service.

To ensure our items remain visible in search results, the price displayed on our shop catalog represents our standard target price for that design. Because natural gemstones fluctuate in market value and availability, here is exactly how our ordering process works:

1. Payment Authorisation (No Funds Deducted)

When you complete checkout, your payment details are securely processed to hold an authorisation for the listed price. No money is actually deducted or taken from your bank account at this stage. It remains a temporary hold while we review your request.

2. Sourcing & Evaluation

Once we receive your request, we immediately begin evaluating your piece:
  • We source individual gemstones specifically for your order based on current market rates.
  • We review our workshop schedule to calculate precise crafting times.
  • Most custom pieces require four to six weeks to be beautifully completed.

3. Order Finalisation or Cancellation

  • If costs match our listing: We will formally accept your order, capture the pre-authorised funds from your card, and begin crafting your jewellery.
  • If gemstone costs are higher: We will contact you immediately via email with an updated quote. You can then choose to proceed at the updated price, or cancel the request.
  • If you choose to cancel: The temporary payment hold on your card is released instantly. You will never be charged for an order you do not explicitly agree to.

While our Made-to-Order items take a little longer to create, we also maintain a curated collection of ready-to-ship jewellery.

All items in our main store categories are already fully crafted and ready to be gift wrapped for you.

Place your order before 1pm Tuesday to Friday for free next-day UK delivery by Royal Mail Special Delivery.

Instant Dispatched

Payment for in-stock items is captured immediately, and your parcel is dispatched within 24 hours.
