The studio is open by appointment seven days a week from 10am to 8pm. This means you can choose a time that suits you best. This is perfect for busy people who find it difficult to shop during 20th century retail hours. This is jewellery retail for the 21st century, designed with you at the heart of what we do.
Not only is this a fun, convenient way to shop but it is also very discreet for buying gifts that must remain a closely guarded secret. Your appointment is for you and anyone you want to bring and no one else will be there that might spoil the surprise, or overhear what you are planning or spending, which is a big drawback of shopping in a traditional retail shop. This is particularly important for engagement ring purchases that are planned in advance or even for keeping wedding ring or anniversary gifts a secret.
Since trialing this personal shopping concept in January 2024, everyone who has experienced it has given us great feedback about how special and how easy it is to shop this way.

My husband was unable to wear his wedding ring as it was too small. Having asked a number of high street jewellery stores we were told it could not be re-sized due to engraving on inside and to purchase a new ring. Christopher had pre-selected a beautiful selection of rings all of which could be customised. Nothing was too much trouble. There was no pressure or rush in a relaxed setting. At one point Christopher picked up my husband's ring and concluded it could be sized to fit despite the engraving. This was a cheaper option but the right decision (after 24 years) and it spoke volumes about the customer care and ethos. No high pressure or up selling. The re-sized ring looks like new with high quality work and is perfect just like it was on day one.
