We regularly collaborate with clients globally. Our "Remote Consultation" follows the exact same process as our in-studio visits. We can share high-definition videos of gemstones via WhatsApp and even ship physical wax samples to your door so you can feel the scale of your design before it is made in gold or platinum.

The Consultation
During your consultation, we won't just guide you through the essentials of diamond and gemstone selection, we'll listen to everything you say and help you to work out what design will be perfect for you.
We combine a vast network of ethically sourced gemstones with 35 years of design expertise to create something truly unforgettable. Whether you are inspired by our in-studio collection or wish to design a unique piece from scratch, we ensure the final ring is everything your partner dreams of.
Design & Craftsmanship
Everything we do is rooted in craftsmanship. Because we design unique engagement rings, you aren't just talking to a salesperson—you are talking to the experts who understand how a ring is built to last a lifetime. We discuss metal choices (from recycled gold to platinum), setting styles, and how your engagement ring will eventually sit alongside a wedding band. We create designs that not only look beautiful but reflect your unique connection.
What to Expect
- Duration: Appointments usually last 45–60 minutes.
- No Pressure: This is an exploratory session. We provide sketches and quotes following our meeting.
- Location: Our private Ayr studio offers a discreet and comfortable setting.
