How to Pay

We take all major credit cards, bank payments and even cash online! 

Orders paid for by bank payments, postal orders and cash can delivered to any address. 

How to pay in cash online? Select the cash payment option in the checkout. After your order is confirmed, we will send you a reference number that you go to your local post office or bank and pay cash directly into our bank account. We will contact you to get your chosen address. This allows you to have your gift delivered directly to the person it has been purchased for.

Goods paid for by credit or debit card have to be be shipped to the card holder's registered address. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners club, Maestro, Union Pay, iDEAL, Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

We don't currently offer finance but if your heart is set on something that costs a bit more than you have at the moment you can arrange to pay in installments. Contact us to agree a payment schedule and we will be able to reserve the item for you and send it to you as soon as the goods are paid for in full. This is useful when planning a larger purchase, such as an engagement ring or wedding rings that you know you need in the near future but don't need immediately.

Currencies

We accept payment in Pounds Sterling only.

UK Postage Costs
Postage within the UK will be made by Royal Mail Special Delivery free of charge. 

UK Delivery Times
We are normally able to deliver any item the next day from receipt of order, subject to availablity. If a product has "Message Us To Order" it means we are in the process of making more and that it is currently out of stock for next day delivery. You can pre order any item that is out of stock. We can let you know how long any item will take to make if you contact us. 

International Postage

We are currently exporting to the EU. United States and Canada. If you live in a country that we don't export to please get in touch to see if it is possible for us to send to you. Goods are posted via Royal Mail international signed for if they are under £500 and the shipping cost is £15 and it takes around five to seven working days. Over £500 orders are sent by Fed Ex and the cost is £100. Goods sent by Fed Ex are sent international priority which should take two to three working days. This can be delayed by customs which is outwith our control.

Services

An extensive aftercare service is available. Simply get in touch by phone or email to discuss your needs and you will be given a no obligation quote. Jewellery returned for any service will be sent back to you by Royal Mail special delivery and any quote you are given will include a postage charge of £8 . 

If goods made to a specific size are returned to be made to a different size, a charge will be made which will be advised at the time. For this reason, it would be best to email us first for a quote before posting the goods to us.
