Choosing to remodel jewellery is a meaningful decision. It’s about preserving the emotion behind the original piece, while shaping it into something that reflects who you are now. Our role is to help you make that transformation with care, clarity and confidence — even if you’re unsure where to begin.
We start by inviting you to share photos and stories of the items you'd like to remodel, along with your budget. This part of the process is done over email or WhatsApp, allowing you time to reflect on what you love, what you’ve outgrown, and what you're hoping to carry forward.
This gentle, unhurried approach gives us the chance to interpret what you might not yet have the words for — and ensures every design idea we propose is in harmony with your budget from the very beginning.
Designed Around You — Not Rushed or Pressured
Remodelling jewellery is never rushed. We’ll take time to develop design options that are considered, creative, and aligned with your story. We’ll share thoughts with you as they develop, and you can take as long as you need to reflect, respond, and revise.
This isn’t about selling you an idea. It’s about finding your idea — and making it real, beautifully and sustainably.
If you’re nearby, you’re welcome to visit our studio in Ayr to try on sample chains, view stones in person, and see dimensions up close. If you’re further away, we’ll carefully send samples to you by post, so you’re still fully part of the creative process.
Once the final design is agreed upon, we’ll begin crafting your new piece. Where possible, we share images or videos of your jewellery being made — so you can follow the journey and feel connected every step of the way.
