Scroll Bar Problem Fixed!

Do you ever go to some websites and find that the scroll bar is missing? It can be so frustrating. 

It doesn't happen on all websites but on some like Shopify support, ChatGPT or Kling AI it's obvious that there is more content but that there is no scroll bar to view it. 

Today I have discovered what the issue is and how to fix it so I wanted to share this easy tip as I have been struggling with this for while now. 

If you use a laptop with a touchpad or trackpad and have windows 11, it seems that the scroll bar will not appear on some websites. On these websites you are able to place two fingers on the touchpad and scroll that way, even when the scroll bar is missing or hidden. 

There are some articles online about changing code to fix this problem but I wanted to share this quick and easy tip to help you avoid the long search it has taken me to find this solution.
