A customer commissioned me to make a diamond ring in memory of her mother with a theme of the four D’s. My customer has three siblings and all of their names start with the letter D. I came up with a couple of different ideas using this starting point and my customer really liked this one in particular because there are two older siblings and an age gap between them and the two younger ones so this design clicked with her instantly.
The diamond in the middle represents her mother and is her birthstone. The letter D’s are interlinked on either side of it.
It’s such a beautiful commission celebrating the strength and connection of her family bond.
