A New Ring With A Family Connection

I love a piece of jewellery with a story and just look at the sparkle from this ring!

My customer had a ring from her gran that was a flower design with a green stone in the centre and white stones around it. The ring has sentimental value but wasn't exactly right for my customer's taste.

She made an appointment to visit our studio and we had a chat about how we could make something for her that still held the sentimental connection to her gran's ring.

We showed her the Flower ring design from our collections and she made some adjustments to this style to get exactly what she wanted.

The stones around the centre stone were increased in scale and instead of twelve diamonds, there are 8 larger stones and she reduced the centre stone by one millimeter. The side of the setting was made in the same shape as her gran's ring.

This is the level of control that we offer customers during our commissions to ensure the ring is perfect for them. She chose natural diamonds and a green garnet set in platinum.

Now her ring has a story that she can share with her grandchildren and which connects them to her gran.
