How to Pay
All payments are processed securely offsite by PayPal. You do not require a PayPal account to make a payment.

Once you have confirmed your order in our checkout process, you will be forwarded to PayPal where you will have the option of paying by card, or via your PayPal account if you have one. PayPal allow us to accept the following cards; MasterCard/Eurocard, Visa/Delta/Electron, Discover, American Express, Switch/Maestro, and Solo.

If you have a PayPal account you will have the option of paying using your balance, or via any other saved payment methods attached to your account.

Currencies
We accept payment in Pounds Sterling only.

UK Postage Costs
Postage within the UK will be made by Royal Mail Special Delivery and a charge of £8.00 will be made for this.

UK Delivery Times
A delivery time will be emailed at the point of order. We are normally able to deliver any item within seven working days from receipt of order, subject to availablity. If we are out of stock of any item, you will be emailed within 48 hours with a delivery time.

International Postage
If you live outside the UK, then we offer Rest of the World postage at a rate of £15.00. Delivery is via Airsure, and we aim to ship items within seven working days from receipt of order. Please note: Our postage charges do not include any duties, taxes or clearing charges levied by the destination country. The customer will be responsible for these.

Reserve & Collect
If you live in the UK and are local to Ayr (or are planning to visit) we offer Reserve & Collect facility. To take advantage of this, just add your chosen item(s) to your Shopping Basket, and select "Reserve & Collect—Pickup from Store" during the Checkout process. You will then be offered the "Reserve & Collect—Pay in Store" option, which will allow you to checkout. All Reserve & Collect items must be paid for in store.

Services
All basic repairs and cleaning will cost £10 plus postage of £8. Any repair which will cost more than this will be advised of in advance of work being done by email.

Items which need to be made to a specific size will be adjusted free of charge the first time. If goods made to a specific size are returned to be made to a different size, a charge will be made which will be advised at the time. For this reason, it would be best to email us first for a quote before posting the goods to us. A quote will be given for chains made to different lengths in advance if specified at time of order.
