This is a white gold pendant commissioned by a family for a special birthday surprise.
They asked for a pendant with all their family members' birthstones in it and one of the woman's daughters had suggested putting them in different rows for each generation. Initially we were going to make a pendant with concentric circles but when I was sketching, I decided it looked really nice as concentric hearts instead and the family agreed.
The centre loop has a green garnet and a diamond for the woman and her husband. Below that is a ruby and two aquamarines for their children. On the bottom row, there is a diamond, an amethyst, a tanzanite, an aquamarine and a peridot for the grandchildren.
This necklace is make completely by hand.
