How to Pay
All payments are processed securely offsite by PayPal. However you do not require a PayPal account to make a payment.
Once you have confirmed your order in our checkout process, you will be forwarded to PayPal where you will have the option of paying by card, or via your PayPal account if you have one. PayPal allows us to accept the following cards; MasterCard/Eurocard, Visa/Delta/Electron, Discover, American Express, Switch/Maestro, and Solo.
If you have a PayPal account you will have the option of paying using your balance, or via any other saved payment methods attached to your account.
UK Postage Costs
Postage within the UK will be made by Royal Mail Special Delivery and a charge of £8.00 will be made for this.
UK Delivery Times
A delivery time will be emailed at the point of order. We are normally able to deliver any item within seven working days from receipt of order, subject to availablity. If we are out of stock of any item, you will be emailed within 48 hours with a delivery time.
International Postage
Currently we are unable to offer international postage via the website. If you are outwith the UK, please email us to arrange. Please note: Our postage charges do not include any duties, taxes or clearing charges levied by the destination country. The customer will be responsible for these.
Returns & Exchanges
Goods can be exchanged if they are returned within 14 days with a receipt and in an unworn condition with all packaging. Additional postage will be charged to the customer each time goods are sent out. Refunds will only be issued on faulty goods.
Services
All basic repairs and cleaning will cost £5 plus postage. Any repair which will cost more than this will be advised of in advance of work being done by email.
Items which need to be made to a specific size will be adjusted free of charge the first time. If goods made to a specific size are returned to be made to a different size, a charge will be made which will be advised at the time. For this reason, it would be best to email us first for a quote before posting the goods to us. A quote will be given for chains made to different lengths in advance if specified at time of order.
